Job Summary
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, general maintenance of all building systems, completing resident work orders, maintaining community curb appeal, and preparing homes for new move-ins.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Perform/assist with completion of resident work orders daily ensuring the highest standards are maintained
- Maintain property grounds through daily inspection, cleaning, maintenance, snow removal (in season) and preventative care
- Perform general cleaning and upkeep requests as directed
- Assist with new move in turnover to include painting, cleaning, and general maintenance
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
- Comply with established site safety and hazardous communication standards
- Perform/assist with daily maintenance/cleanliness of the pool area operations
- Deliver resident correspondences as requested
- Perform site inspection checklists as directed
- Maintain accurate records for work orders, preventative maintenance, and site inspections
- Service and maintain building systems and building components including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall installation/repair, and appliances
- Abide by all local, state, and federal Fair Housing guidelines
- Perform and respond to after-hours on-call emergencies and work orders as part of a rotation schedule
Core Candidate Qualities:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Positive attitude with effective verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with residents, coworkers, supervisors, and vendors
- Reliable transportation to get to work and conduct job responsibilities
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule any day of the week
- The ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds consistently
- Basic tools required for maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret directions, manuals, instructions and company documents
- Ability to write for routine reporting and correspondence
- Utilize electronic devices including tablets and computers
- Proficient with computers and software platforms including Microsoft 365 tools
- Experience using industry software is preferred

Expected Schedule: Monday - Friday
On-Call: Estimated every 3 weeks
